Neogen® MLS® експрес-контроль стерильності UHT і ESL напоїв – це система для швидкої та ефективної перевірки стерильності пакетованих напоїв, що були піддані ультрависокотемпературній або розширеній термостатичній обробці.
Neogen® MLS® (Microbiology Light Technology System) використовує спеціальні мікробіологічні пробники, які містять фотодіод, що реагує на світло від бактерій, що ростуть в пробнику. Після того, як пробник був підданий експозиції напою, він піддається аналізу за допомогою спеціального приладу, який оцінює наявність бактерій у зразку.
